I recently had the opportunity to visit Hawaii with my wife, my siblings, their spouses and my mom. No kids. To put it simply, it was amazing! We took a cruise around the islands, and saw many beautiful vistas and enjoyed time just doing nothing in particular. It was so relaxing, and we spent time on the cruise playing games in the library, eating (and eating, and eating), and swimming. So much fun.
