My two daughters LOVE to read. However, they currently have a hard time remembering which books they have read, and what exactly happened in the books because they read through them so fast. We check out 10 per kid at the library and they are often done with all of them in the first 3 or 4 days. So, I came up with this chart and mini book report that they can fill out for each book they read, and then, at the end of the summer or year, they can go back and see all the books they read and a total number of pages. Feel free to print if off and make copies for your own kids. The PDF is at the bottom.
