This picture makes me think of those big, totally round suckers the kids in elementary used to buy at the store for 50 cents and sell them on the playground for a dollar. 😀

I enjoy this entry, but I wonder why you cropped it so close. I want to see the entire edge of the globe, since it’s named globe in the title. Is that possible, or were there other objects obstructing it that you wanted to leave out? I agree with Diana about the suckers. It also looks like it could be sticky, like caramel.

Yeah, there was a fair bit of distraction around it — people milling about etc, and I only cropped it left/right, the top/bottom was camera cropped.

It looks like a giant peeled grape. Also reminds me of Bedknobs and Broomsticks for some reason…
