While the flower is obviously the subject of the photograph and the location in the frame is in a location that offers visual interest, the complete blurring of the greenery seems distracting rather than enhancing. Possibly fade out the edges, but it needs something near the flower to fix it to the picture rather than just floating foilage.

Beautiful photo – I actually like the sharp lines of the flower contrasting with the blurred background of greenery. I think it goes well with the contrasting colors.

This picture makes me want to reach my hand out and rescue the beautiful flower from the swirling world it is stuck in the middle of.
